Elements was referred to us through a co-worker that recently had a remodel job completed through them. Roosevelt came out to do the initial inspection and estimate to remodel our backyard: removing weeded topsoil, adding concrete pads, adding light poles, running drainage from backyard to curb, running electrical outlets into backyard, adding decomposed granite, and fixing irrigation issues. He listened to the ideas we had and came back with a fair estimate. Work started quickly upon agreement. The Elements crew was very efficient in their work and delivered beyond our expectations. After failing miserably at landscaping our own backyard, we decided to seek professional help. The curious thing is that it is more difficult to find a landscape designer than one might think. We were looking for a company to help design and more importantly make plant recommendations. We interviewed several landscapers, but most were not helpful with plant selection which was our main objective so as not to continue planting things that cannot survive the extreme desert heat. After meeting with a half dozen companies, we quickly realized that there were only two choices. We asked both to bid on the project. One company that will remain nameless was over two times more expensive. We settled on Elements Landscaping and could not be happier. Roosevelt and his crew were awesome. After selecting the plant species, we were off and running. The specimens that arrived to be planted were beautiful. The guys who did the work were efficient and seemed to really care about the work they performed. Over two days we had old gravel removed along with a bunch of dirt in the existing planters. We had thirty plants either transplanted or newly planted. During the process they placed weed barrier before installing new gravel. At the end of each day there was no sign of them even being there. I would use them again in a heartbeat and cannot recommend them enough!

It was a very easy choice. The owner, Roosevelt, and his crew really impressed my family and I. First, Roosevelt responded to my quote request immediately. While at my home, Roosevelt listened to my needs, what I was looking for, and offered reasonable solutions. As the other company visits went off my needs and added “extra” this and “extra” that and thousands of dollars later I’ll have a whole new back yard...meanwhile I just need a safe place for my dogs to run around. Second, Roosevelt set up the expectations of when he’ll be able to start my project. He was realistic and didn’t over “book”. Once on the project, Roosevelt and his crew were always on time, always respectful and kept things tidy for over night. Lastly, the result of the project. FANTASTIC! IMPRESSED! Dogs are in HEAVEN! As already mentioned, Roosevelt listened to my needs, added reasonable value with his knowledge, and executed the job prompt and quick. Pricing was on point. Very professional!
